Shoreline Inspection Services provides independent inspection, QA/QC and vendor surveillance services to the subsea, offshore and wider energy industries.
The business is led by Neil Anthony Barnett, an experienced inspection professional with extensive hands-on involvement in the manufacture, inspection and testing of subsea equipment.
Neil's experience includes client-side quality surveillance of flexible risers, flowlines, jumpers and associated equipment, together with inspection of flexible pipe manufacture, welding, NDE, mechanical testing, end fitting installation and Factory Acceptance Testing.
His project experience has also included umbilical manufacture, rigid pipe manufacture and testing, vendor and subcontractor surveillance, quality documentation review and monitoring of non-conformances through to satisfactory close-out.

It requires an understanding of the equipment, manufacturing process, applicable project requirements and the consequences of identifying a problem too late.
